Uploading Captions to a Video

If you have videos on your website, it is recommended that you have captions loaded in the video for ADA compliance. The below videos walk you through how to generate captions for your videos and upload those captions into the video library of the CMS. NOTE: Please upload your captions to your video before embedding it on your website. If you embed the video before uploading the captions, the closed caption button will not show and the video will have to be removed and embedded again.
